Working closely with our candidates, we are a recruitment agency who wants to understand your work requirements as well as getting to know you as an individual. We appreciate you are far more than just a CV so we take the time to understand who you are via face-to-face meetings, video calls/interviews or over the phone. As well as assisting you with your job search we can also support you by providing information on the current job market, specific sector news where applicable, guidance on your CV, advice on interview technique and salary benchmarking within your sector, experience and skill set.
If your application for a role is unsuccessful we will endeavour to let you know as soon as possible. If you attend an interview and are unsuccessful, we will inform you as soon as we can and let you know the reason(s) why. If you apply for a role but we do not think you match the requirements we will tell you and let you know why. We think this approach is fair and is the least we can do for our candidates.

Prior to sending your CV to a company, we will outline who they are and what sector they work in. We will give you as much information as we can about the role and the company’s expectations of the successful candidate.
